Who we are

AlexHomeInvest is an estate agency with an office in Alicante, working in the Spanish market since 2019. We are a registered Spanish company, ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L., and a member of the API professional association of estate agents (no. 00753). We help buyers from the UK and across Europe — and those who have already moved to Spain — buy a home on the Spanish coast.

What we do

We work directly with developers, so we see current prices and available units while we talk to you. Finding the property is only the start. Buying abroad takes dozens of steps, and we go through them with you:

• your NIE and, where needed, a Spanish bank account;
• checking the developer and the bank guarantee on your payments;
• checks on resale homes: Land Registry, floor area, debts;
• a mortgage as a non-resident;
• the notary, land registry and utility contracts.

You can buy without travelling: we run video viewings, prepare the paperwork and arrange a power of attorney.

Where we work

Costa Blanca — our main market and home to our office, from Dénia and Calpe in the north to Torrevieja and Pilar de la Horadada in the south. Costa del Sol — new builds in the west of Málaga province: Estepona, Mijas, Marbella. Mar Menor — golf resorts and apartments by the warm lagoon in Murcia.
