Who we are
Your estate agency in Spain
AlexHomeInvest is a Spanish estate agency, founded in 2019, with an office in Alicante. We work along the whole Costa Blanca and beyond, helping people buy homes to live in, to holiday in and to invest in.
We specialise in new builds on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Cálida and the Costa del Sol, alongside a large resale portfolio: flats, villas, townhouses and commercial premises. We work directly with developers and owners, and cooperate with other agencies in the region — so while we are talking to you, we are looking at current prices and real availability, not out-of-date price lists.
We do more than show you properties. Buying in a foreign country takes dozens of steps: getting an NIE number, opening a Spanish bank account, checking the developer and the bank guarantee, arranging a non-resident mortgage, the notary, registering ownership, transferring the utility contracts. We go through every one of those steps with the client — in Russian, without interpreters in between, with full legal support and a guarantee that the deal is transparent.
Residency in Spain is a separate strand of our work. Our immigration specialist will help you choose the right type of residence permit, prepare the documents and get through every stage of the process, so that the move is as comfortable as possible.
Buying remotely is also possible: we run online viewings, prepare the documents and arrange a power of attorney so the purchase can be completed without you coming to Spain. And we don't leave you on your own afterwards — we take care of your property: renovation, letting, utility bills, and the sale itself if you ever decide to sell.

The 200-hour programme is accredited by the Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios and recognised by Spain's National Association of Estate Agents (ANAI). We operate as a properly registered Spanish company: contracts, invoices and taxes all sit within Spanish law.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy property in Spain without travelling there?
Yes. We run online viewings, arrange the power of attorney and the NIE, and handle the whole purchase remotely. Coming over makes sense when the keys are handed over, but even that isn't essential.
Do you only work with clients from Russia?
No. Our clients are Russian-speaking buyers from all over the world — from across Europe, from Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries, as well as people already living in Spain. All communication and paperwork is handled in Russian.
Do you charge the buyer a commission?
On new builds, the developer pays our commission — our service is free for the buyer. For resale properties, terms are agreed case by case and set out in advance.
Do you help with residency and paperwork?
Yes — we have an immigration specialist on the team. We help with the NIE, opening a bank account and preparing the paperwork for a residence permit.
