Cookie policy

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or between visits — for example, the language you chose.

Alongside cookies there are other local storage techniques, such as localStorage, to which this same policy applies.

What this site uses

Strictly necessary cookies. No consent is required, because the site does not work without them.

Analytics cookies. These tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they read, so we can improve it. They are installed only if you accept them. Where active, they are served through third-party web analytics tools; the specific detail is shown in the site's cookie settings panel.

Advertising cookies. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies. Should that change, we would update this policy and ask for your prior consent.

Third-party cookies from embedded services

When you scroll to the map on a property page, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which may log your IP address under their own policy. The map does not load if you never reach it.

Managing cookies

You can accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies in the notice shown on your first visit, and change your decision at any time through the cookie settings link.

You can also delete or block them in your browser:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from working properly.
